Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, we do provide replacements or store credit in certain cases.
2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer store credit.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Once processing begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for an exchange.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
For approved exchanges or replacements:
- If the mistake is on our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the customer wishes to exchange a product for personal preference, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. No Returns on Customized Orders
